We will deliver to most addresses within 30km of Melbourne CBD.  Fee and availability to deliver to addresses outside this zone will be priced upon application. 

Free Pick up is also available from Balwyn.

Please note that le petit jolie macarons are around 4.5 cm in diameter.  We are a small boutique operator and require a minimum two weeks after order confirmation to create your macarons.  Although we may have availability for urgent orders of small quantities.  More notice is required for orders for over 100 macarons.  We accept changes of orders up to one week’s notice. 

 

Delivery times and pick up times are negotiated individually with customers.

 

 

Storage Instructions and Acceptance

We pride ourselves on providing you with high quality product and service and will rectify any matter you are unsatisfied with where possible and within reason. We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on our products as they are perishable food items, custom  made and not resalable.

 

Upon receipt of wholesale orders, we will request that you sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product and we cannot accept responsibility should they be damaged in transit between delivery address and venue location. 

 

Macarons are a perishable product and must be stored at or below 4 degrees in the fridge until required.  Do not display macarons out at room temperature for more than 5 hours.  We cannot accept responsibility should a consumer fall ill as a result of eating spoiled goods if the macarons were not stored per the storage instructions.

 

 

Ingredients and allergens advice

Macarons contain nuts, eggs, sugar and dairy and food colouring.  Most flavours are gluten-free unless otherwise noted.  Fillings may also contain chocolate, cream, butter, jams made from fresh or frozen fruit, fruit curds, nuts and flavourings.

We cannot accept responsibility should a consumer fall ill if this allergen advice is not passed on to their information prior to consumption.

All wholesale deliveries incur a special flat fee.

All orders within 25km of Melbourne CBD– $20 per delivery

All orders between 25km - 35km of Melbourne CBD– $35 per delivery

Our website informs you of the current indicative prices.  Final costs are confirmed after consultation with you and your requirements.  We accept cash on delivery or advance bank transfer.
